A publicly listed, European equipment manufacturing company noticed during the fall that the earlier indicated sales growth for the full year will not happen in their service business due to emerging supply constraints.

Vice versa, a severe Year-on-Year decrease of sales was imminent. A task force was formed and in an interim management role, the consultant was able to help the company within three months to solve all their supply constraints with the suppliers and captive manufacturing and ensure the timely deliveries and invoicing by the year end. As a result, full year service business sales Year-on-Year growth exceeded the market promise.
